One of the great delights of going through Robin Morgan’s archives at the Bingham Center, aside from their astounding organization, was the discovery of her artwork.  Below are several costume sketches done by Morgan for W.I.T.C.H., an ad hoc spin off of New York Radical Women,  that organized some of the most memorable, and flamboyant, protests of the early women’s liberation movement.  W.I.T.C.H. while grounded theoretically, embraced a praxis of agit/prop theatricalism that garnered equal amounts of acclaim and disdain.
